Immedia Semiconductor chose Stream PD to help them develop the Blink home security camera, Their unique battery sipping technology allowed the device to run for up to 1 year on 2 standard AA batteries. Blink is also wireless, so it’s simple to place and move within any environment. The motion and temperature sensors deliver instant home insight through your smartphone app. Stream PD brought Blink from industrial design concept through mechanical engineering and prototypes and transitioned to their manufacturer. We designed a versatile mounting system to make it adaptable to varied surfaces with any desired angle.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Stream PD is proud to be a part of Blink’s success, which includes the Amazon acquisition of Blink for 90M in 2019 and over 250K units sold in Blink’s first year on the market.
